What kind of cultural projects did we do? We started out in 1993. At first, it was called: "BIK - Büro für Internationale Kulturprojekte"; then, 1995, we changed to "Pharos International - Büro für Kulturprojekte". The first project was a concept for a "Museum of the Media" planned for the "Donau-City" in Vienna. We traveled with the customer to France, England and USA to show the modern trends in attraction design and finished after 5 month of work with quite a thick concept including design, feasibility and various financial scenarios. A selection of our other projects: cultural study including economic feasibility in consideration of the preservation of the monument for the cultural use of the waterpalace Orth on order of the community of Gmunden in cooperation with the architect Friedmund Hueber thorough cultural study for a concept and plan for the renewal of the public show mine and the Alpine valley of Hallstatt including feasibility concept for "Dream City Salzburg" in Anif as a tourist attraction to get to know the history of Salzburg in an interactive way concept for an exhibition of art for the airport Vienna creating the texts, translation (six languages) and production of musical and voice pictures in the galleries of Mozart’s living quarters in Salzburg in cooperation with the Mozarteum, the MM-Vision and Cats of Design thorough cultural and economic concept for a modern High Tech Media Museum in the Danube-City for the community of Vienna complete concept for a new museum for electricity in Bad Gastein, in the Austrian province of Salzburg concept and production of an operational handbook including management of staff and critical analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the original concept of the Ars Electronica Center in Linz, Upper Austria, in cooperation with Walther Czerny, Austrian Tourism Consultants - plus seminars and teaching the "infotrainers" - visitor guides concept with ideas like time-travel for refurbishment of the castle in Mauterndorf cultural study for the efficient, step-wise renewal of the museum in the palace of Esterháza in Fertöd, Hungary, in cooperation with Walther Czerny, Austrian Tourism Consultants critical analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the Austrian Tabacco Museum in Vienna for the renewal of the galleries concept including economic feasibility for operation and design of a renewed visitor service with viewing terrace, guided tours with busses and projecting of a visitor center at the airport Vienna production of a concept (themes, ideas, technology etc.) for the presentation of the possible pending ecological disasters of the earth via an "Inverse Planetarium" for the Natural History Museum of Vienna concept and economical feasibility for an interactive, modern "House of the European Natural Heritage" in the National Park Hohe Tauern close to the Grossglockner (highest peak in Austria) in cooperation with Austrian Tourism Consultants idea, concept and international test of the HandyGuide in cooperation with Alcatel as new, modern means of information for museums, exhibitions, zoos; test at the fortress of the city of Salzburg including production of texts in five languages and construction of the appropriate voice images concept for a modern High Tech visitor center for the new airport in Hong Kong[46] at Chek Lap Kok in cooperation with Friesen Associates exhibition "Rescued Art" in the public show mine of Altaussee, Styria, a documentation of the works of art, which were stored there during second World War and nearly were destroyed by the Nazis organization of an art competition with 35 artists including jury for the revitalization of the palace of Pöchlarn in Upper Austria for Beldomo AG basic concept for the exhibition of Styria "Media & Power" by order of the Styrian government historical technology research at the old transmitter installation in Dobl, Styria, with analysis of various possibilities for use by order of the ministry of science and research production of a concept (ideas, themes, functions) and projecting the construction of historic and tourist presentations alongside the tourist path of the brine pipeline from Hallstatt to Ebensee, Upper Austria organization of valuable objects for the exhibition "Sisi - empress of Austria" in Bad Ischl various exhibitions on different themes and for contemporary artists, e.g. in Vorarlberg "signs set, questions posed" organization of the international seminar "tourism & culture - two, like cats and dogs?" in Upper Austria in cooperation with Walther Czerny, Austrian Tourism Consultants organization of an competition with artists including a jury for the new marketing of a new private branch exchange for Ericsson-Schrack organization of the cultural management for a private company (vernissages, concepts, competitions, caring for the artists) for Beldomo AG concept and design of an Austrian modern hands-on science-center with interactive exhibits in cooperation with teachers and the Siemens AG, by order of the ministry for education and art manager for some artists including marketing others: organization and holding of lectures, seminars to themes on cultural and museums management, on current trends in the museums scene, on cultural marketing; speeches for openings to exhibitions, papers for catalogues etc.	Dipl.-Ing.
